NEW FOR 2019, All-Star Pom is an athletic motions-based dance style. It is largely composed of jumps, turns, kicks and sharp arms, requiring strength and stamina. There is a strong focus on intricate visual effects, uniformity and synchronisation,
so teamwork is key!
Each athlete will be placed in a team / level based on their age. In addition to national competitions (which at times may require interstate travel), Pom athletes must attend all competitions for their team.
Training hours range from 1.5 to 4 hours per week, depending on age group.
Junior Pom (7 – 12)
Intermediate Pom (12 – 17)
Senior Pom (18+)
