Our tumbling classes are suitable for all abilities and ages 10+. The program will work to develop a variety of tumbling skills such as cartwheels, round-offs, walkovers, tucks and flips. Our tumbling classes are fun and individualised, with a strong focus on increasing strength, coordination and confidence.
We highly recommend that all our Aerobic Gymnastics athletes pick up a tumbling class to help improve their acrobatic elements and general content in their routines. Tumbling classes run for 1 hour per week.
