Our International stream classes follow the Code of Points outlined by the FIG and provide athletes with a high level of commitment and ability, with the opportunity to compete at international events. The International stream program is selective - new athletes are welcome to complete a level test. Athletes must be 12+. 

 

Aerobic Gymnastics levels National Development, Age Group, Junior and Elite are offered in the International stream. Athletes are required to train for 4 or more sessions per week.
