DIRECTOR OF CLUB OPERATIONS
Alice has been involved in Aerobic Gymnastics for almost 20 years, as an athlete, coach, judge and club owner. She has a real passion for the sport. Alice works part-time as a Teacher at one of Melbourne's leading independent schools; she draws on inspiration from education to ensure participants at Melbourne Gym Sports take part in holistic development programs, that go well beyond just physical.
Alice is the valued Secretary of the Gymnastics Victoria Aerobic Gymnastics Technical Committee and is the current Victorian State Team Manager. She holds the Gymnastics Australia qualifications of Intermediate Coach and Advanced Judge.
As a fully qualified Accountant, Alice's main role at Melbourne Gym Sports is to make sure all the administrative aspects of the club and its programs are running smoothly; however, you may still see her coaching a class here and there! DIRECTOR OF COACHING & TRAINING
Bek has been involved in Aerobic Gymnastics as an athlete, coach, judge and club owner for over 12 years and is a highly knowledgeable and involved member of the Aerobic Gymnastics community.
In 2018 & 2019, Bek was selected as both a Victorian State Team Coach and an Australian National Team Coach. She is a General Member of the Gymnastics Victoria Aerobic Gymnastics Technical Committee, and holds the Gymnastics Australia qualifications of Advanced Coach and Advanced Silver Judge.
Bek is has been judging for a number of years. She was selected as a Victorian State Team judge for the Australian Championships in 2017, and has travelled across Australia to judge interstate competitions. Bek's main role at Melbourne Gym Sports is to coordinate and oversee all aspects of coaching and training.

CONSULTING OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Sally has over 10 years experience as an Occupational Therapist. She has gained experience in a hospital, rehab and community setting; working with both children and adults. Since 2014, Sally has exclusively worked with children and adolescents.
Sally is a leader in her field, specialising in therapy for Autism Spectrum Disorder, Developmental Co-ordination Disorder, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder and children with behaviour and self-regulation issues. Sally loves to be creative with her therapy approaches and has enjoyed working closely with MGS to develop recreational gymnastics programs for children of all abilities, including our KinjaGym program.
At MGS, Sally's main role is to frequently review and advise on our recreational programs to ensure the key physical, social and emotional development needs of children are being met. Upon request, Sally is also able to offer a therapy aspect as part of our KinjaGym program.
AEROBIC GYMNASTICS LEVEL 2 - 5 PROGRAM LEADER
Amelia has been involved in Aerobic Gymnastics since she was 12 years of age. She has achieved great success in her career as an athlete and now thoroughly enjoys being involved in the sport as a coach. Her passion really lies with AeroDance.
Amelia has been selected as an athlete on the Victorian State Team on 8 occasions and the Australian National Team three times. She was the Victorian State Team Captain in 2017 & 2018 and the Australian Flag Bearer in 2019. Amelia is widely known in the Aerobic Gymnastics community for being a great role model and leader.
Amelia currently holds the Gymnastics Australia qualification of Intermediate Coach, and she is working towards becoming Advanced.
Our coaching team is made up of several talented beginner, intermediate and senior coaches. Our team consistently works closely together to ensure our programs are industry leading.
All coaching staff have either obtained, or are working towards, their coaching qualifications with Gymnastics Australia. We take a lot of pride in our recruitment of staff and only employ the most dedicated, capable and enthusiastic coaches.
All staff over the age of 18 hold a current Victorian Institute of Teaching registration or Working With Children Check. There is always a qualified first aider present at every Melbourne Gym Sports class.
